CE Policies & Registration Details
Please review these policies before registering for an SCS Continuing Education Academy course. Registration confirms your understanding and acceptance of the applicable payment, cancellation, attendance, and certificate policies.
$50 Deposit Reserves Your Seat
A $50 deposit is required at registration to hold your seat and is applied toward your total course tuition.
Balance Due at Class
Your remaining tuition balance is due at the beginning of class, before instruction begins.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancel 7+ days before class to receive a refund of payments made, minus the $50 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations within 7 days and no-shows are non-refundable.
CE Credit & Certificates
Full attendance and completion of required course activities are required for CE credit. Replacement certificates are available for a $20 fee.
CE Credit & Attendance
Full attendance and completion of required course activities are required to receive CE credit and a certificate of completion. Arriving late, leaving early, or missing required portions of the course may make a participant ineligible to receive CE credit.
Course Cancellation by SCS Continuing Education Academy
If SCS Continuing Education Academy cancels a course, participants may choose to receive a full refund of payments made or transfer their registration to a rescheduled course. If a course is rescheduled and you cannot attend the new date, a full refund will be provided.

To cancel your registration, please contact SCS Continuing Education Academy directly. Cancellation requests must be received at least 7 days before the course date to qualify for a refund of payments made, minus the $50 non-refundable deposit.
